Booked in for filler and sent deposit. Didn't end up getting the filler on the date planned but my friend and I were more than happy to wait for a different date. Since then a lot has happened and there was a lack of contact so my friend and I have messaged repeatedly for a refund but have both had no reply. Extremely upset and disappointed as we have now lost out on money. We are both mums to young children, my daughter being born only 2 months ago, confidence has been extremely low so was looking forward to doing something for me and to feel better. But now I feel awful as not only have I lost out on money and not got the service expected, my friend also has as well. Hoping my some miracle things work out and we get our refund.

Really pleased with the results, they were noticeable straight away!! Melissa was really lovely. She was very reassuring throughout, explaining everything and constantly checking how I was. Already booked for my next treatment 😌 thank you lovely xx
