Carly really listened and understood what I wanted to achieve. She knows what she is doing and was able to tell that I raise one eyebrow a lot! She put me completely at ease during the procedure and she is really honest when it comes to explaining the different options available. It felt like talking to an old friend and I am really happy with the results.
