Racheal put me at ease as was very nervous about having my brows done. Chatted through the whole process with what to expect as was so pleased with the end results. The healing process was discussed and booked in for next treatment top up at 8 weeks - looking forward to this appointment now and having great brows. Was very impressed with Racheal’s approach and friendly manner which melted my anxiety. 😁

Racheal is so friendly and a delight to be around. She makes you feel at ease; as a first timer I was a little nervous. She listens to exactly what you want and my brows look so natural. Absolute game changer not to have to draw them on everyday and still have brows after getting swimming etc.
