Ben is very professional and really listens to what the client wants and tries to achieve the goals your after. I find him very warm and caring and it's a lovely atmosphere when you enter the salon. I left the salon having the results I really wanted and feel like I've also made a friend I can't express how grateful I am I absolutely love the results he has given me.
