first time treatment with Ben, he was amazing first he asked what results i was looking for, took time to explain different options i could have and understood them, made feel really comfortable, very professional knows his stuff, Ben is a perfectionist took his time to make sure it was exactly right and both were happy..days after Ben even checks in to make sure everything thing is ok and have no concerns.. Ben is very professional and really listens to what the client wants and tries to achieve the goals your after. I find him very warm and caring and it's a lovely atmosphere when you enter the salon. I left the salon having the results I really wanted and feel like I've also made a friend I can't express how grateful I am I absolutely love the results he has given me.
