Took me almost 3 years to trust someone with my face again after having my lips botched by someone else. Kate didn’t just carry out the procedure, she talked me through every step and answered all of my questions easing my anxiety. Before my refill we talked about what I like about my lips, what I dislike and what I’m hoping to achieve. This is something I have never experienced before. Lips aren’t just one size/ shape suits all and Kate is the only practitioner I have been too that seems aware of this. Lot of practitioners have their signature looks and signature techniques but I feel like Kate really tailors hers to suit the client. I feel so much better and most importantly I feel trust in the aesthetics industry again
