i had initially had my eyebrows done elsewhere, after 7/8 weeks i had still had slight scabs which i just wasn't sure if this was right or not. I decided to contact a few places just to get some advise - i emailed with photos and had some conversations by mail - Nitika was the only one that took the time to call me to chat through everything. i instantly felt in very safe hands so to speak during our phone call - it had turned out that my healing process had not quite gone to plan & i decided that i would redo my eyebrows with Nitika, i went in a few days later and it was such a different experience compared to my first round, healing has been as expected this time round and Nitika had been on hand after the treatment keeping tabs on my healing progress, i can't wait to get them touched up i. due course but i am super pleased with the results so far. Nitika is a pleasure to work with, she clearly has the knowledge, experience and expertise and just actually a great person to chat with, honest conversations and easy to deal with - i really couldn't be happier and i would highly recommend her to anyone!
