Caroline made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedure in detail. Numbing cream was used and it was mostly pain free, apart from a little tender area on my chin. I started to see some results after 2 weeks but after 4 weeks I have noticed some impressive improvement. My skin has a glow and a lifted effect. I had some indented scars around my chin area but they filling in nicely and look so much better. I can highly recommend this treatment. Caroline really knows what she's doing! I felt in very safe, capable hands.
