Makes you feel at ease, explains exactly what she will be doing, how to expect it to feel and gives great advice on aftercare. Brooke is friendly, professional and the results are amazing. Have booked further treatments after she answered some of my concerns and questions, but love she is not pushy and doesn’t try to convince you. Would highly recommend
