I had my first ever lip filler appointment today and Amy made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Amy took the time to explain everything step by step to me so I knew what to expect. Amy was extremely patient and helpful. Amy regularly checked that I was okay and offered breaks if I felt I needed it which is a really nice touch.
