My daughter and I had a wonderful experience and were made to feel at ease. The piercings have been recovering exceptionally well with no issues.

All the staff were friendly, the piercing room is clean and private. Sacha explained everything to me and pierced my lobes and helix. Aftercare was explained too and I've had no issues with any of the three piercings two weeks on. I would return if I wanted anymore done.

Sacha was kind and professional, putting both my children at ease. Her efficiency made the experience manageable for my youngest, whose anxiety made her want to back out, and both girls are delighted with their ear piercings.
