I got my filler dissolved and came back two weeks later to have 1ml put back in. The lips do look great but I’ll be honest, I just felt like a number. It felt very one in, one out. Very cold and not very personal. Felt very rushed. Appreciate you’re seeing multi people daily but i do believe you should build rapport with your clients. On my second visit, I could tell she didn’t realise I had been there two weeks prior for the dissolving and I was being asked questions on why I was there, what I wanted to have done etc. I had travelled an hour and a half to see her because I loved her work but have since decided to go elsewhere, I’m big on customer service and felt this lacked in that area.
