Autumn Mind, Body & Soul Retreat

Really enjoyed the very relaxing retreat. Loved the Cocao, shame that the dome was pretty cold when we had massages. Cutting and pasting was v fun, soup delicious, but not enough bread for us left at end. Reiki, sound bath and yoga, all lovely and relaxing. Thank you, your love showed
