Joanne is brilliant ,she takes her time and always calms me down as I’m quite nervous when it comes to needles. But with Joanne’s calm words explaining the process as she proceeded to fix my face made me feel more relaxed. The end results are always perfect she knows exactly what I need before I even mention it to her . By far my favourite aesthetics brand wouldn’t go to anyone else.
