I was recommended Angela at Blend & Balance from a friend and I booked in for Bowen, I had experienced Bowen before so knew what to expect, but straightaway Angela makes you feel calm and relaxed and welcomes you in to her home and her beautiful treatment room, relaxing music playing and the coach is heated, which is relaxing. The treatment is done over your clothes so not invasive.
My 2nd time seeing Angela for Bowen & both times I feel the effects straight away, depending on how intense the treatment is you can feel a bit sore the next day but overall the treatment is amazing and I highly recommend Bowen and Angela.
