Akemi is a tranquil studio. I felt relaxed walking in, I really like that every step of my facial was explained during the process, the steam and deep pore cleansing was a game changer for me. Hannah went in individually looking for and clearing blackheads etc. I felt my muscles relax with the neck massage. I will definitely be using Akemi's service again and bringing my family and friends to experience what an outstanding facial feels like.
