Hay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! 🥰 As this was my first time having lip filler, I was understandably quite nervous, but Hay made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She explained the whole process in detail, listened to all of my thoughts and questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. She gave me as much time as I needed and was more than happy for me to have breaks whenever necessary. She was also incredibly understanding about me having my daughter with me. My daughter doesn’t like being away from me for very long, and Hay was so kind and accommodating, allowing her to sit next to me throughout the appointment so she felt comfortable too. That honestly made such a difference to my experience. I had built the procedure up in my head and was expecting it to be much more painful than it actually was! Obviously, it wasn’t completely painless, but for my first time I was genuinely surprised at how manageable it was. Hay made the whole experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I’m so happy I chose Hay and would 100% recommend her to anyone, especially if you’re nervous or considering lip filler for the first time. She is lovely, professional, patient and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 💕
