    Hi Lindsay - this is obviously not working for me - I haven’t lost even 1 pounds- you said it curbs people’s appetite and I agree that it does but I only eat a very little anyway so cutting out food is not an option - I only eat once a day and a small snack later in the day but not a lot so I don’t know if it will help me at all
