Lana is welcoming, well turned out and friendly. She has talked me through both procedures I have had (lip fillers and microneedling) which has made me comfortable and relaxed. I am extremely happy with my lip fillers, it is subtle and looks natural which is exactly what I wanted. Time will tell if the microneedling has helped my hair growth and reduced fall out but so far so good!
