Totally professional and excellent treatment very very happy

I was given a gift voucher for a carboxyl treatment and dermaplaning, not really knowing what to expect — but the experience was absolutely amazing. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt so fresh and smooth afterwards. The session included dermaplaning, a facial with massage, and an added bonus of a neck, arm and shoulder massage, which made it feel extra special. Kat was lovely throughout — she explained every step of the process clearly, was very professional, and instantly put me at ease. The ambience was calm and soothing, making it a truly relaxing experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this treatment and Kat — I’ll definitely be back.
