Gem offer so many treatments all great value for money. She is experienced and knowledgeable. Everything is completed in advance all the health checks etc. When you arrive she is friendly and welcoming and puts you at ease. She explains exactly what will happen. She's chatty and makes you feel relaxed. The treatments were amazing and I'm very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Gem and will certainly be back.
