Cannot recommend Emma enough as she was absolutely amazing.
She was professional and knowledgeable whilst also remaining friendly and personable.
Firstly she made sure she understood the assessment haha Emma then explained what she would be doing, what products were being used, expectations on results and the aftercare plan.
