Amy was professional from start to finish. After explaining how anxious I was, she took the time to map out different styles and placements until I was 100% happy and confident with the result.
During the application, Amy was so kind and reassuring. She offered fidget toys to help me if I experienced any discomfort, although the pain was minimal thanks to the numbing cream. She also talked me through the aftercare instructions thoroughly, making sure I knew exactly what to expect and what to do going forward.
I honestly couldn’t be happier with my new eyebrows and will 100% be returning for more PMU!
