    Michell is a beauty blessing! She is kind and caring and really knows her stuff. She’s constantly checking up on me for progress, or reassuring me and making sure I am trusting the process. She gave me products to use at home and also has had me back over and over so she can check her work is working: She takes so much time and effort to make sure she takes the right approach, uses the right products and explains the process.
