The entire experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. I had lip filler and Botox, and the results are absolutely beautiful—natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. What impressed me most was how gentle she was; I experienced virtually no pain during the treatment and had no bruising, redness, or swelling afterwards. Beautiful relaxing setting on Richmond Hill from arrival to finish. Seamless with refreshments whilst you wait. Chelsea put me at ease immediately and made the appointment enjoyable.
