Natalie is professional and knowledgeable, I felt in very safe today having Botox and B12 treatments. Her treatment room is immaculate and clean, the chair was so comfortable and she is so gentle I could have fallen to sleep. She took time to explain the product and the process and how we can make changes going forward if needed. Thank you!
