Amazing service by Francesca. Extremely professional and with medical knowledge which gave me a lot of reassurance. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. Being in healthcare myself, I could see that she would always use single-use products and ensure that infection control rules were adhered to. I felt that the practice was very safe. I had nano-needling with Vitamin C and PRP injections on my face. The PRP results were immediate which was astonishing! I liked the fact that she would hand me a mirror to see myself between injections and made sure that the areas I wanted were covered. There was some redness after the nanoneedling, which is expected, however, it didn't last long (my face was back to normal by the time I left). The PRP injections did not require any downtime at all. Generally, the pain is tolerable for both treatments, but of course some areas are more sensitive than others. Overall, very pleased with the results and would totally recommend the service! :)
