When booking with us: The terms and conditions shall all be sent in an extensive confirmation email. We have a strict no-refund policy. If you are unable to attend you must give 7 days notice in writing and only 1 change of date is permitted, post that no re-bookings will be permitted. Once the course is booked and a date is reserved, there is strictly no refund policy. Pre-course attendance, forms that need to be completed will be sent to the students for their model to complete. The forms must be completed and sent back prior to course attendance. If the forms are not filled out and sent back and the model is unable to have the treatment done, the student is liable and the course will not commence.
