I’ve been genuinely so impressed with the changes I’ve seen around my waist and hips. The stubborn areas that have always been difficult to shift are finally starting to reduce, and I’m feeling noticeably less bloated and much more comfortable in my clothes. Keeping my water intake up has definitely been an important part of the process, but overall, it has been such a positive experience.
