Katie was fab! Super quick responses to enquiries, friendly, welcoming and explained everything properly, making sure I was comfortable with the treatment. It really put my mind at ease knowing she’s a nurse and you really do feel that you’re in safe hands. Her space is lovely, extremely clean and relaxing. I’m really happy with the result of my treatment. I have had my lips done once before but wasn’t sure if I 100% liked it. This time, I LOVE the look Katie has achieved. Absolutely lovely experience from start to finish! I felt so welcomed, comfortable and at ease the whole time. The under eye polynucleotide treatment was explained perfectly, every step made clear.
