Chelmsford clinic

Went to get tear trough on the 15th October and 2 weeks later my eyes are worse than when I went there. They are puffy and lumpy. I have sent her pictures and she did say she asked me during the procedure if I wanted more of which I said yes but she’s saying that’s my fault when in fact she is the practioner and should know when enough is enough, she has over filled my eyes. She did ask me to come back to dissolve them for free but I told her I don’t want her touching my eyes anymore. I’m so upset and now I have to go somewhere else for them to correct the mess that she has done. My confidence isn’t good because of my eyes now. Obviously I won’t be going back to Sofia

Sofia was very welcoming and kind, she listened to exactly what I wanted and gave her opinion to help me too. Everything turned out perfectly how I wanted it too!
