BeautébyAlai’a

I was booked in as a model slot and paid my deposit. The day before my appointment which was a week after booking she messaged to say her child was sick and needed to reschedule (although her social media showed otherwise) so I rescheduled. She didn’t straight away offer any dates and her responses were very slow. So booked for another week later. The day of my appointment she was a no show, didn’t answer when I called and stated she had thought it was the next day. Totally unprofessional, clearly has no drive and no clients. I am glad I did not get my lips done by her as I feel she probably doesn’t have much experience. Never have I experienced such laziness and poor customer service. Don’t bother book her.

It was my first time having treatment done by beautebyalaia and she did my lips exactly how I wanted them and the exact shape, she was really nice and polite would definitely go to her again

Shakila took her time to explain the treatment and the side effects, was very gentle and very friendly! Can’t wait to go back for another session of lemon bottle!
