What an amazing experience I had at Clinic No. 5! Chanelle was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly attentive and talked me through each procedure, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood what I needed to do. At every stage, Chanelle checked that I was happy with the results and made me feel completely comfortable and looked after. The service was fantastic and great value for money. What really stood out was the aftercare. Chanelle checked in with me a few days later and has continued to ask for updates on how I’m feeling. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and the results they achieve. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received and would definitely recommend Chanelle to anyone. I’ll absolutely be going back!
