Kept waiting for 40 mins not much difference in results insisted on making me make a booking even though i said no and kept my deposit even though i cancelled my appointment 4 days prior

I had 2 appointments 11am & 12noon. There was a mix up and they said they sent me a message which I never received . My 11am appointment had been moved to 12noon.. I did not receive any message also they didn’t have me booked in for 2 appointments even though I have paid a deposit for each appointment. I left at 12:45 and left a message saying I could not wait any longer.
I also had to wait back in January well over an hour. I will never be going back they really need to sort out customer care and bookings and time schedules this is ridiculous how they expect you to wait around and also no one sees you face to face only message you via text and I had 1 phone call 20 mins before I gave up and left .
Save your money and time .. unless they sort these issues out.
