Kimberley is incredibly knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. She is also genuinely lovely, warm and friendly. The environment is professional and welcoming, and she provided me with lots of helpful information and advice. I have always been nervous to have anything done to my skin but was very quickly put at ease by the lovely Kim. I choose her in the first place because she was a trained nurse and this was very important to me. I wanted someone who I could really trust, a person who really understood the body. Kim could sense my nervousness and put me at ease straight away. She explained what was going to happen in terms that I would understand. She kept checking me with that was ok. I have had friends who have had the same process and it had been very painful for them. Kim was very gentle and it didn’t hurt at all. The results; well this is why we have procedures done to look better . My face looks younger and more full. It doesn’t look fake or anything. I look like me but younger and refreshed. Thank you Kim. I couldn’t be more happy with it all!!!!!
