This was my first treatment and I was a bit scared. Teodora was so professional and knowledgeable she put me at ease immediately. She explained the procedure, what to expect and she was incredibly gentle and patient. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Absolutely amazing. Very clean and professional setting. I was explained everything before treatment and had zero concerns. The injections were placed evenly for great results and I hardly felt anything. I'm used to treatments being alot less gentle and was pleasantly surprised. Also, I usually bleed a little after treatments or when I get tattooed. At refine I had not bleed at all, which shows & underlines how gentle and carefully they do procedures. So this is also an amazing setting for people that are new to treatments. I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much! Vivi
