Cancelled appointment an hour before and received refund days later, after pestering and going through another party to help me. Avoid!!

I gave this place multiple chances, and every time there was an issue. Appointments were repeatedly cancelled last minute. The final straw was when my booking was cancelled 20 minutes before the appointment while I was already on the train, and being ghosted after that. On top of that, she doesn’t listen to what clients ask for. I booked and clearly stated I wanted a Hybrid set, yet was given a Classic set instead. When I pointed it out, she said she was in a hurry and didn’t have time to fix it. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unreliable. I would not recommend this lash tech to anyone.

Terrible. Very unprofessional. She has cold and she didn't wear face mask to prevent passing the germs to her clients. She constantly blowing her nose and immediately touching my face with the same hands. I can feel her breath on my face. I end up catching her germ. Awful. The lashes did not last long either. First night I wake up to almost 20 lashes on my pillow. Every night was the same and i lost even more unrill nothing left. I contacted her with photo of the falling lashes the following morning she did my lashes. She did not respond. What a waste of my money and my time.
