After explaining to the lady that it was a cyst rather than a mole she continued to burn my skin
As a skin specialist she should have known you cannot burn a cyst
I had a week of pain and constant bleeding and still have the cyst
I have asked a few times for a refund but she is now not responding to my messages
I have given her 14 days to reply then I will take it further
