Joanna was brilliant and her treatment was so relaxing

Joanna was super professional, as always. I felt safe in her hands, knowing this sort of treatment should only be done by an expert. She explained the treatment steps and talked to me throughout, giving kindness and empathy during any painful bits. I’m hoping this treatment helps with my acne scarring and i think i am starting to see an improvement already, although I know it will take a few treatments and recovery time to see the full extent of the results. I’m looking forward to seeing the difference it will make after all these years of living with scars!
