Lorraine is very professional. She explained the procedure step by step. I am squeamish about eyes:however, Lorraine was very gentle and made me feel at ease. The aftercare information was detailed and Lorraine checked to see if everything was ok the next day. I have had two other therapists do my semi permanent eyeliner and I can honestly say Lorraine is the best. Thank you.
