I had this product 2 weeks ago on my inner thighs and a small pocket of stubborn fat on the side of my knees. So far I have lost 0.5 inch on all the areas and i am happy with the results so far. Recovery time was quick and brusing was minimal but using arnica cream really helped. I drank 3 litres or more of water for ar least 7 days to aid the process. I would consider using this product again to help with any stubborn fat areas once diet and exercise platueas the fat loss. Chantelle was professional and careful with administering the product, and helped put any worries to rest.
