Ash is great. She really helps you relax and feel at ease. She talks you through everything and each step of the process, which is super helpful when it’s your first time. I was excited but nervous about what they would look like. Ash draws them on first and consults with you on any changes you would like. The prep process takes a bit of time but absolutely worth it to ensure your brows are exactly what you want and are spot on. Ash won’t stop drawing and tweaking until you’re happy. The procedure itself didn’t hurt at all, and looked amazing immediately after. My brows have more redness and trauma to the skin after a wax!! I was over the moon with them. I wanted them darker but ash advised to see how I get on, and go darker at top up, as she wants to make sure they’re perfectly what you want, can always do more, can’t take away, she says. Love the shape and how it’s evened my face out more. I feel like I have more confidence without makeup now too. Thank you so much xx
