Jess was great, really professional throughout and made me feel at ease. She was so gentle and kept checking in on me to make sure i was comfortable. She listened well to what i wanted and delivered exactly what i asked for, i was really pleased with my results and would highly recommend Jess, i felt i could trust her with anything!
