Lee did an absolutely brilliant job - he explained everything clearly, took his time, and was incredibly caring and understanding throughout. I’d had two tags for around 20 years, including one right in my shaving neckline that constantly irritated me. I always assumed I’d have to go through the GP to get them removed, which put me off for years - but Lee made the whole experience so straightforward and reassuring. Highly recommend his services if you’re looking for a safe, professional and comfortable experience. Wish I’d done it sooner!
