Hello, I had Botox done twice by Ms. Shima and unfortunately I was dissatisfied both times and both times my eyelids drooped severely. The first time I told her, she said it was because of the Botox injection again and you didn't need to repair it. The second time I went to see her, my eyelids became heavy and drooped with the same first injection. Unfortunately, I told her and she didn't apologize or take any action to satisfy me and unfortunately I was not satisfied at all and I don't recommend her.

I recently had a Mesotherapy treatment at Shima Aesthetic London, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff was incredibly professional, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. My skin feels revitalized and refreshed.
