OUR BOOKING POLICY All deposits are non-refundable but can be rescheduled 24 hours before your appointment, otherwise you will need to pay for a new deposit to rebook. Please turn up at your actual appointment time, not before or after your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late the deposit will be non refundable and you will have to make a new booking & pay deposit.
