This was my first ever session of pressotherapy and infrared heat. Chanel explained the process really well and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I had 30 minutes of pressotherapy followed by 30 infrared heat and the experience has been nothing less than amazing. I must admit I fell into sleep quite a few times during the process as it was so calming and relaxing. Afterwards I feel not only my body but my mind has completely relaxed too I am definitely going to have these sessions regularly now and would highly recommend these to anyone who needs to relax and feel fresh in body and mind.
