This was a profoundly disappointing experience. The professional refused to perform my Botox nose slim procedure because I needed to change the date due to an urgent matter that arose on the original day. Despite paying £155 for the procedure, I was left without a top-up.
To be successful in this industry, professionals must demonstrate a high level of professionalism. This includes understanding customer needs and being willing to compromise. However, the professional exhibited a lack of patience and understanding when I politely requested a date change.
Her response was, “Yes, but I run a business and have booked my room for your appointment.” She also stated that the procedure only takes five minutes. I offered to come immediately or on any other day, but she refused.
Despite paying a substantial amount, I did not receive any results. She declined my request and informed me that she would check for availability and book me in. However, it has been more than a month, and she has not contacted me back.
I will not be returning to this lady, as it is a waste of time and money
