My experience was 5 stars. If I could give more I most certainly would. Rachael is approachable, knowledgeable about treatments, kind and caring. She is thorough with consent forms and aftercare . She took my fear of needles into account and took her time, allowing me to breathe between each injection. Not rushing the process. Her clinic is impeccable. She sets a relaxing scene with a large tv with the holiday scene of my choice on whilst she was treating me. I have been to Drs or dentists for all of my treatments (Botox and skin boosters) prior to seeing Rachael. They rush the process and had the entire process complete in about 10 minutes. That isn’t the case at MultiFACEted. They didn’t explain the toxin they were using nor gave me aftercare printed out and to my email address. I had to ask as Rachael asked. I must also add the results weren’t as good as Multifaceted and nor did they last as long . I won’t go anywhere else now . Thank you x
