My appointment was in a “training” environment. Lovely welcome & very relaxed but professional setting. The treatment was fully explained before with continued updates throughout the treatment (this may feel cold, might tingle). Aftercare was explained also. Post treatment my skin felt slightly warm and tighter. The skin continued to feel tighter across my whole face for 3/4 days. No discomfort, some slight itchy/burning sensation on forehead & cheeks which subsided after 48 hours. Would definitely have this done again for deep cleansing my faces.

Ellie is such a lovely and wonderful person, who always gives the best advice and the most professional service. The shop is absolutely beautiful and has such a relaxing atmosphere.
