QUIET & GENTLE: There are other treatment sessions also taking place so it is important to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. This includes speaking on the phone with a lowered voice. We want to create a soft and calmful environment for you to relax and leave your outside worries at the door. LATE POLICY Please come 5-10 minutes earlier than scheduled. If more than 10 minutes late you will not be able to receive a refund however you will be able to reschedule. It is important to provide enough time for these services so that sufficient customer care is provided. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS If you would prefer to rearrange or cancel an appointment inform us within at least 24 hours in advance or full payment for the treatment will be charged.
